Welcome to MADI, a wellness assistant that helps you move better, eat smarter, and rest deeper through WhatsApp messages.

By using MADI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Operator

This Service is operated by Juan Martín Rossi, based in Uruguay and serving users across Latin America.

3. Nature of the Service

MADI provides general wellness content and guidance via chat.

It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health-related decisions.

4. Use of WhatsApp

You must have a valid WhatsApp account and provide your phone number to use MADI.

Your interactions are subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or disrupt the Service.
  • Use MADI for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • Share content that is offensive, discriminatory, or illegal.

We may suspend access if misuse is detected.

6. AI-Generated Content

MADI uses OpenAI's language technology to deliver conversational responses.

While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated messages may occasionally contain inaccuracies or generalized information.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for any specific purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, design, and AI logic forming part of MADI are owned by Juan Martín Rossi.

Users retain rights to their own shared content but grant MADI a limited right to process that information for service improvement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MADI and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Use of MADI is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify or update features, including adding subscription plans, without prior notice.

When paid plans are introduced, you will be notified and asked to accept updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using MADI at any time by ceasing WhatsApp communication.

We may suspend or terminate service if you violate these Terms or if required by law or platform policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Maldonado, Uruguay.
