MADI is a daily health companion delivered via WhatsApp, helping you improve your movement, nutrition, and rest habits through chat-based interactions.

When you start using MADI, we collect and process:

• Phone number (required for WhatsApp communication).
• Name or display name (as shown in WhatsApp).
• Optional conversational data (e.g., goals, routines, habits) you choose to share during chats.

We do not require you to create an account, download an app, or provide payment details at this stage.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Enable communication via WhatsApp.
• Personalize responses and recommendations.
• Improve MADI's content and user experience.
• Monitor usage trends (aggregate analytics, non-identifiable).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

To operate MADI securely and intelligently, we rely on:

• WhatsApp Business API (Meta Platforms Inc.) – for communication.
• OpenAI Services – for generating AI-based responses to your messages.
